What we collect and why
When you visit, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information and request times to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare’s analytics beacon measures visits and page performance.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you include. We use these to respond to support, artist, launch-interest, privacy or copyright inquiries. Please send only what is needed and avoid sensitive personal details.
Who handles information
Cloudflare hosts the website, provides analytics and routes incoming email. Google processes messages in our business correspondence inbox, and Resend provides outgoing email. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service. Copyright notices and counter-notices may be shared with affected parties.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in other countries.
Analytics and tracking choices
We do not use this website to track you across other websites for advertising. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not track individual visitors across its customers’ websites. See Cloudflare’s analytics explanation.
Our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Hosting and security services may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the site. External sites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
How long information stays
We keep correspondence as needed to respond to your request, keep a record of the matter and meet applicable legal obligations. Our inbox does not automatically delete messages on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete correspondence; legal or dispute-related records may need to be retained. Hosting and email providers also handle operational records under their applicable policies. We do not promise immediate erasure of every copy.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to ask for access, correction or deletion, or to exercise other privacy rights available where you live. Where applicable, these include restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may verify your identity. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, our purposes include our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and answering inquiries, taking steps at your request before a contract, and meeting legal obligations, as applicable. We do not require you to send us optional correspondence.
Updates
We will post updates here with a revised effective date and a notice explaining material changes. We will provide any additional notice or obtain consent required by law.
